Operations Manager

Braggs Signs, the region's leading full service corporate and commercial signage business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Director, this is a 2IC role in the business with responsibility for all elements of signage operations including production, systems and people management.

The business, although operating successfully for 30 years, is in a growth phase with an expanding corporate and commercial client base. This role is critical to the businesses development and expansion to reach its full potential.

The role would suit a production manager looking to take a step up or someone who has owned a signage business and understand all aspects of signage operations. 

Experience, skill &  knowledge in signage products, full production/work flow and people management in is mandatory for this role.

Although specific skills and experience are required, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong "can do attitude", a strong work ethic and a passion for customer satisfaction in a team orientated environment.

The key role responsibilities include:

  1. Full work in progress/production systems management & implementation
  2. Staff & resource management
  3. Workflow and production scheduling
  4. Materials purchasing & supplier management
  5. Facilities management
  6. WHS management
  7. General business management with the Director

Skills, experience & qualifications required:

  1. 5+ years in signage production/operations management role
  2. People management systems & processes
  3. Demonstrated decision making and delegation skills
  4. Design & digital print knowledge
  5. General signage fabrication/construction knowledge
  6. Signage systems, process implementation & management
  7. WHS experience & understanding
  8. Excellent leadership & communication skills
  9. Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
